Our Process

In order for us to adequately evaluate your project and gain perspective into your vision, the process starts by potential clients completing our contact form. The more thorough you can be up front, the quicker we can deliver a plan and pricing model. We always consider three important factors; design, budget, and timeline. This creates efficiency and an initial framework to work off of. Once we identify the scope of the work and whether we can provide the professional services you need to your specifications, we can mutually decide if the professional relationship will be a good fit and how best to move forward. We understand all our clients have different budgetary requirements. Once we have gathered enough information about your project, we will be able to provide a preliminary cost estimate. This will give you an idea of what to expect for the entirety of your project. If this falls within your budget, we can then move forward with a detailed figure and scope of work.

We know from experience that having a solid design in the planning phase makes for a smoother experience throughout the entire project. Sometimes clients are under the impression that “design” is just choosing tile and paint; but it goes far beyond that. Design is an especially important part of the process because it will ensure that every decision being made will maximize your investment. We pride ourselves and our business in “quality over quantity.” We do not rush your project in order to get to the next. Faster is not necessarily better, especially in this industry. We understand that construction projects can be stressful, especially if you decide to habitat the space during a project. We want to avoid setting any unrealistic expectations about the timeline of the project–since there are almost always unforeseen elements once construction begins. With that in mind, we will set a sensible timeline and provide a calendar detailing the scope of work that will take place each week, closely communicating any changes with you throughout the process.
